CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Payment - 50% to be paid upon receipt of order, the balance to be paid in full prior to despatch.

2.Title - of the goods on any sale shall only pass from Jenny Wren to the Buyer when the buyer has paid for the goods in full, including due VAT.

3. Refund Policy and Complaints - Customers can cancel there order and Receive a full refund within 7days of the order being placed. Should a complaint arise after the delivery, the buyer must notify Jenny - Wren within 7 days of delivery. Jenny Wren reserve the the right to refund or replace any goods deemed by them to be faulty.

Under no circumstances will consequential claims be entertained in the event
of a complaint and Jenny-Wren's liability is limited to the value of the
goods supplied.

4. Delivery Policy - Delivery Via Courier All customers will be contacted to arrange delivery when there order is complete (3-4 weeks) delivery is normally within 5 working days after the order is complete.

When receiving furniture by courier, we are unable to guarantee a delivery time. All parcels that are received by courier must be checked for any damages before signing. If damage has occurred please sign "goods damaged" we may be able to give you a rough idea of the likely delivery time the day before we deliver (for example, early morning from 6am or late evening up to 10pm) although this may be inaccurate due to factors beyond our control - for example traffic or weather conditions. 

Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address details have been supplied.

5. Specifications - Jenny-Wren are continually striving to improve the products available and as such reserve the right to change the specification of any product at any time. Due to the hand made qualities of our product, all measurements, and conversions from Imperial inches to metric centimetres are approximate.

6. Privacy policy - Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized 
employees have access to this information.
